M\u00e9langer avec soin farine, sucre, sel, beurre avec le batteur un bras et \u00e0 petite vitesse (sinon la pate collera et sera trop liquide). Incorporer rapidement l&rsquo;\u0153uf \u00e0 ce m\u00e9lange sableux.<\/li>\n<li>Mettre en boule et si possible laisser reposer dans un endroit frais 30 mn \u00e0 1 h<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 200\u00b0<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9taler la p\u00e2te au rouleau \u00e0 1\/2 cm d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur, d\u00e9couper la en rondelles \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un emporte-pi\u00e8ce ou d&rsquo;un verre et d\u00e9poser les sabl\u00e9s sur une plaque beurr\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li>Cuire 10 mn environ \u00e0 four chaud, en surveillant la cuisson: sortir les sabl\u00e9s quand ils ont la coloration blond dor\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Recette pour 1 plaque.
