Beurrez vos moules \u00e0 financier.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9langez le sucre, la farine et la poudre d&rsquo;amandes ensemble. Ajoutez les blancs d&rsquo;oeufs, mais aussi le beurre fondu, puis remuez jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne.<\/li>\n<li>Versez la p\u00e2te dans les moules en remplissant aux 3\/4.
