Le m\u00e9lange doit \u00eatre mousseux sans \u00eatre trop ferme.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter le zeste de citron puis la farine et la levure chimique tamis\u00e9es ensemble.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9langer doucement le tout.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter le beurre fondu. M\u00e9langer \u00e0 nouveau.<\/li>\n<li>Couvrir d&rsquo;un film \u00e9tirable et laisser refroidir 2 heures au frigo.<\/li>\n<li>A la sortie du r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur, garnir les moules \u00e0 madeleines aux 3 quarts avec une poche \u00e0 douille<\/li>\n<li>Cuire 8 \u00e0 10 min env. \u00e0 200\u00b0C (th.6\/7)<\/li>\n<li>Sortir du four et d\u00e9mouler aussit\u00f4t.
