{"id":92,"date":"2016-08-20T18:42:43","date_gmt":"2016-08-20T16:42:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/jmant.free.fr\/?page_id=38"},"modified":"2025-06-06T18:48:16","modified_gmt":"2025-06-06T16:48:16","slug":"meringues-blancs-doeufs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.renclos.fr\/?p=92","title":{"rendered":"Meringues (blancs d&rsquo;oeufs)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>5 blancs d\u2019\u0153ufs (130 g)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>340 g de sucre semoule<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cc d&rsquo;extrait naturel de vanille (option)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Variante pour 2 blancs d&rsquo;oeufs, mettre 140 g de sucre seulement !<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recette<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 110 \u00b0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans le bol du KitchenAid, avec le fouet \u00e0 fils<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mettez les blancs d\u2019\u0153ufs (frais) et battre VIT 2 pendant 1 \u00e0 2 min puis VIT 8, en leur incorporant petit \u00e0 petit 170 g de sucre (en tout on m\u00e9lange pendant 10 min)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quand ils ont doubl\u00e9 de volume, versez encore 85 g du sucre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils deviennent tr\u00e8s fermes, lisses et brillants<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajoutez-leur le reste du sucre, en le versant en pluie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lorsque celui-ci est bien incorpor\u00e9, la masse doit \u00eatre ferme et tenir solidement sur les branches du fouet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mettez la meringue dans une poche \u00e0 douille munie d&rsquo;une douille lisse et disposez-la sur une plaque beurr\u00e9e et farin\u00e9e selon la forme souhait\u00e9e<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cuire le tout environ 40 \u00e0 50 min, suivant le four.
